I always liked the quote "The main reason for holding childrens parties is to remind you that there are worse children then your own".Can't remember ever having a fun time at one of my kids parties. Hope your experience is better.
It was in that I wasn't there for most of the event. Mette was though and she was fairly exhausted by the end of it.
