I've worked for and with both and must say Prodigy.
The differnce in seeing the 2 bands live says it all, you could almose fall asleep to a massive attack concert. That could ofcurse be what you are looking for in the concert but not for me, got to have the energy.

I like both, but I definitely favor Massive Attack. They have a sensual quality that I appreciate.
I like both too, but I can't decide. I like the sensuality and mood of Massive Attack, but the sheer energy of The Prodigy is compelling

I'm going to go with Massive Attack. Very languid and, as Cyan said, sensual.
Prodigy's okay, but for something energetic, I think I'd go with The Crystal Method.
