This is more or less where my heads at these days, what with Cyan finding the Jsaper Morello animation and Oleg skyping me all day about Bluenthaal thaumatech, I decided the red Japanese paper motif wasn't working well. Mette hated it as well. Said it looked 'English'. The full image is in the gallery (go through the old door).
Now if I could just work out how to make the papyrus image (upon which this text is resting) into a recurring brass punch card...

Heck yeah! It looks great. Lotsa gears.
Tis the inner workings of my mind after all, no?
=)
Can you PM the HTML lines that change your background to my America's Debate account? I'm playing around with a blogger.com account. Thaaaank you.
What's wrong with looking "English"? (unless of course you aren't English and......oh don't get me started).
Its a style thing GM. Mette doesn't like the way the English decorate their homes. Scandinavians are often into a more 'austere', or minimalist decor. Subsequently many find British homes to be cluttered and unusually coloured.
English friends who've come to Denmark have found it to be 'modern', or 'ultra modern'. When I returned here in '86, my school felt like the set of a '70's sci fi film.
The down side of this, there's no so much urban decay in Denmark. Less rust.
There is also the small matter that our flat looks like a cross between an impoverished artist's studio and a kindergarten, so its not like we have any stones to throw.
