You could instead use a measuring tape to keep track of the key measurements - chest, belly, hips, thighs. Much more reliable and much more encouraging :.) <br /><br />BMI is NOT a measurement to rely on. I dislike the modern reliance on things like bmi because this false standard means that the entire England rugby team are obese.
